Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • ability to multitask
  • automotive experience preferred
  • clear close vision required
  • 18 years or older
  • valid driver's license
  • strong attention to detail
  • pulling/pushing, carrying
  • walking 5+ hours

  • standing 5+ hours

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
  • perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
  • transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
