Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license and motor vehicle record acceptable to insurance carrier
- ability to drive automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- physical capability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- visual acuity including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 months related experience or training
- ability to drive vehicles with automatic and standard transmission
- effective communication and interaction skills
- ability to read and comprehend instructions and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- capability to present information effectively in small group settings
Job Duties
- review repair orders and perform the job as efficiently as possible
- clean vehicles including washing and polishing the exterior
- vacuum and extract the interior
- perform wet sanding when needed
- strive to meet target delivery dates within allotted time
- understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as hazardous waste disposal
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
