Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and consistent presentation
- Operate an espresso machine to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages
- Follow food safety and food handling standards including awareness of food allergies
- Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO practices
- Work efficiently and with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Complete station setup and breakdown including stocking and closing tasks
- Support teamwork through clear communication
- Multitask and work well under pressure with a positive attitude
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction
