Job Requirements

- Proven experience in baking or pastry arts preferred
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Craft high-quality bread, cookies, pastries, and unique desserts using refined baking skills and techniques
- Beautify cakes and baked goods with imaginative and meticulous embellishments
- Utilize ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and with optimal efficiency
- Adhere to the standards for freshness, quality, and safety of the products
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of bakery displays and shelves and ensure they are adequately stocked
- Communicate effectively with clients to deliver top-quality service
