Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of baker or pastry cook experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Food Handler Certificate or ServSafe certificate or willing to obtain upon hiring
- Ability to perform all baking tasks accurately and error-free
- Willingness to work Tuesday through Saturday
- Commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan and prepare a variety of baked goods including breads, breakfast bakeries, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Set up baking stations with necessary ingredients and equipment
- Ensure all baking tasks are performed accurately and meet company quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking areas
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering baking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to meet resident preferences and dietary needs
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
