Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and assist them with their orders
- accurately ring up orders and process payments using our POS system
- provide friendly and attentive service to customers, addressing any inquiries they might have about our menu
- keep the cashier station and surrounding areas clean and well-organized
- collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods
- uphold company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
- deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests tables promptly and accurately, ensuring dishes are presented beautifully and per our quality standards
- collaborate closely with kitchen staff to prioritize orders and coordinate timing for optimal guest satisfaction
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events
- provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times, adhering to health codes and regulations
