  • must be able to move and position self around the kitchen

Job Duties

  • set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • efficiently wash plates, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans utilizing automatic dishwasher and 3 compartment sink
  • chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation
  • cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • stock inventory
  • follow all health code guidelines
