Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to sell and/or serve alcohol per state and/or local laws
- degree in Business and/or equivalent
- two years management or supervisory experience
- experience in restaurant or VIP/luxury theatre concept
- experience in high volume hospitality environment
- completed or in process of completing the management certification program
- SDS trained
- obtained food handlers card where applicable
- obtained ServSafe Food Manager Certification
- ability to perform essential physical duties including standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 60 lbs, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
- ability to work quickly and under pressure
- compliance with all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- legal completion of required state or local training for alcohol service
- ability to read and understand training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination
Job Qualifications
- Degree in Business and/or equivalent

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- must be of legal age to sell and/or serve alcohol per state and/or local laws
- upholding and administering all Regal policies and brand standards as outlined in the Regal Operations Manual and corporate directives
- ensure all cash management policies and procedures are adhered to always
- monitor risk management as it pertains to the theatre including employee/guest safety, loss prevention, proper handling of food and alcohol, emergency situations, and proper handling, reporting, and investigating of accidents
- comply with all food safety rules, laws, protocols, and standards and maintain all Health Department rules and regulations
- responsible for prompt reporting of accidents, incidents, and business interruptions per operating protocols
- hiring, training, developing, mentoring, supervising, counseling, scheduling, and terminating employees after conferring with the Human Resources Manager
- train staff in specific positions including server, box office, food runner, and bartender and cross-train as needed
- train kitchen staff in specific positions and cross-train as needed
- ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable
- properly administer all required paperwork and uphold all company policies
- maintain projection and sound technology to ensure impeccable sight and sound experience for guests
- schedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances and theatre maintenance including the interior, building, and grounds where applicable
- optimize profits by maintaining strict cost controls including payroll, cost of goods and supplies
- maintain strict inventory controls for food, beverage, janitorial supplies, and projection bulbs
- order supplies based on demand to avoid out-of-stock situations
- conduct full monthly/quarterly inventories
- create staff schedules to meet demand while controlling labor costs
- complete daily theatre inspections and kitchen logs
- ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served per Regal’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
- ensure guest satisfaction by greeting, smiling, and thanking guests
- respond personally to guest questions and complaints
- count, deposit, and reconcile all forms of payment
- keep updated on recipe changes
- measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- expedite food from the kitchen
- properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- rotate stock items as per procedures
- restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
- maintain cleanliness and sanitization of food prep areas and kitchen
- maintain a “clean as you go” approach
- handle lost and found items according to policy
- abide by all federal and state laws regarding breaks and/or meal periods
- complete management certification program and required trainings such as SDS trained, food handlers card, ServSafe Food Manager Certification
- review and understand the Regal Operations Manual
- required to read and understand training materials covering topics like sexual harassment and discrimination
