Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to sell and/or serve alcohol per state and/or local laws
  • Degree in business or equivalent
  • Two years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant or luxury theater concept
  • Experience in high volume hospitality environment
  • Completion or in process of management certification program
  • Must have ServSafe Food Manager Certification
  • Required to complete responsible beverage server training
  • Food handlers card where applicable
  • SDS training completed or in progress
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs and prolonged standing
  • Knowledge of food safety rules and health department regulations
  • Familiarity with cash management procedures
  • Ability to supervise and train staff
  • Proficiency with basic office programs
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in business or equivalent

  • Ability to manage cash handling and inventory control
  • Strong leadership and staff development skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Completion or progress in management certification program
  • Certification in ServSafe Food Manager
  • Completion of Responsible Beverage Server training
  • Ability to uphold company policies and brand standards
  • Physical capability to meet job demands

Job Duties

  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Must be of legal age to sell and/or serve alcohol per state and/or local laws
  • Uphold and administer all Regal policies and brand standards per company manuals
  • Ensure adherence to all cash management policies and procedures
  • Monitor risk management for employee and guest safety including loss prevention and emergency handling
  • Comply with all food safety laws and Health Department regulations
  • Promptly report accidents, incidents, and business interruptions
  • Hire, train, mentor, supervise, schedule, and terminate employees as authorized
  • Cross-train staff in multiple positions including server, box office, food runner, bartender, and kitchen roles
  • Ensure current alcohol certification and training
  • Maintain projection and sound technology for premier guest experience
  • Ensure daily facility cleaning and maintenance to Regal standards
  • Oversee kitchen and bar sanitation and equipment maintenance
  • Control inventory and ordering of supplies to prevent stockouts
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly inventories
  • Create and maintain staff schedules balancing demand and labor costs
  • Complete daily theater inspections and kitchen logs
  • Maintain food preparation standards and guest satisfaction
  • Manage guest relations including complaint resolution and marketing promotions
  • Count, deposit, and reconcile daily receipts
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state labor laws regarding breaks and meal periods
  • Complete required management certification and safety training
  • Perform physical duties including lifting up to 60 lbs and prolonged standing
  • Adhere to company dress code and hygiene standards
  • Ensure proper handling of lost and found items
  • Review and understand training materials on workplace conduct and harassment
