Job Requirements
- full time availability including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- experience in theatre or live entertainment venue management
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong leadership and team management experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- familiarity with payroll and finance processes
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- ATPAM certification preferred but not required

- knowledge of facilities, finance, operations, payroll, food and beverage, general management, and ticketing
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- planning and organizational skills
- adaptability and leadership abilities
- problem-solving and accountability
- collaboration and stress management skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- experience with HRIS systems, UKG preferred
- ATPAM certification is a plus
Job Duties
- assist with overall venue operations including payroll, settlement preparation, risk and safety management, show coverage, executing building improvement projects, manage staff
- work collaboratively with all theatre departments and across ATG Entertainment
- respond creatively and confidently to demands and projects
- maintain a positive, safe, and successful workplace
- support General Manager and provide senior oversight in their absence
- motivate and lead diverse workforce
- ensure first-class customer service
