Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in retail or warehouse management
  • Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification
  • Forklift operator certification
  • Open availability including varied shifts
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams and drive operational results
  • Ability to obtain location-specific certifications such as propane oversight in Florida if applicable
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Physical ability to perform lifting of up to 30 pounds and moderate physical activity
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager
  • Strong drive for results and solid work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate large teams
  • Solid understanding of shrink controls, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities managing cross-functional teams and driving results
  • Knowledge of store operations including membership services, front-line, gas station, tire bay, maintenance, receiving, and omni procedures
  • Completion of company training program preferred
  • High school diploma or college degree preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel, and email
  • Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
  • Forklift operator certification required
  • Open shift availability
  • Minimum age 18

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic department leadership by partnering with the Club Manager and overseeing daily operations across assigned departments
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard team members including interviewing, staffing decisions, and certification
  • Oversee labor planning and scheduling aligned with business trends and budgetary targets
  • Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink management ensuring product availability and minimizing loss
  • Champion member experience standards including greeting members, anticipating needs, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Execute operational readiness to maintain clean, stocked, and safe conditions
  • Lead department talent management by conducting performance reviews, mentoring, and supporting development programs
