Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment ideal
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to department teams
  • Monitor and report results to team members and other managers
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service in guest service areas
  • Oversee food quality, safety, and production efficiency in the kitchen
  • Control food costs and train kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items
  • Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet restaurant goals
  • Recognize employee performance and maintain positive team morale
