Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Though the restaurant operates under the McDonald’s brand, it is a separate entity and employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Candidates should understand that their employment relationship will be directly with the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have previous managerial experience preferred
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service

- Control food costs and inventory management
- Schedule and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
- Delegate tasks and report progress to team and other managers
