Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up and report results to management
- ensure guest service department delivers great customer experience and organizes front counter, McCafé and drive-thru areas
- oversee kitchen department for food quality, safety, cost control and staff training
- manage people department focusing on hiring, training, scheduling and crew motivation
