Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in coffee bar or related supervisory role
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have good attendance
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of company practices and vendor policies
- Ability to maintain composure with customers and staff
- Ability to operate coffee makers, mixers, and production equipment
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Mental alertness and manual dexterity
- Ability to handle cash register and electronic systems
