Job Duties
- managing training, food safety, and inventory management systems
- setting goals for the department and delegating tasks
- following up on task completion and reporting results to team members and other managers

- controlling food cost and ensuring high quality food delivery
- hiring, training and scheduling crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivating and recognizing employees
