Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • managing training, food safety, and inventory management systems
  • setting goals for the department and delegating tasks
  • following up on task completion and reporting results to team members and other managers
  • ensuring kitchen staff are trained in production procedures including new menu items
  • controlling food cost and ensuring high quality food delivery
  • hiring, training and scheduling crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivating and recognizing employees
  • ensuring memorable customer experience by managing service procedures
  • organizing the front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
  • managing sales promotions and service staff training
