Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • capable of standing and moving for extended periods
  • willingness to comply with health and safety protocols
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a fast food or restaurant environment preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management
  • ability to motivate and engage team members
  • proficiency in scheduling and delegation
  • customer service oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • manage training programs and ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • oversee inventory management and control food costs
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • monitor and report operational performance to management
  • lead kitchen staff to maintain food quality and safety
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members
  • enhance customer service through staff training and service area organization
