Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on delegated tasks and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- oversee sales promotions and service training
- organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru operations
- maintain quality control and food safety standards
- control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures
- manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew
- motivate and recognize crew members
- maintain flexible schedule and work in a fast-paced environment
