Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure guest service department delivers excellent customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions and front counter organization
  • maintain kitchen food quality, safety, and control food costs
  • ensure people department hires, trains, and schedules qualified crew
  • motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
