Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience leading teams preferably in a restaurant or retail setting
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- provide coaching and leadership to crew and managers
- ensure execution of sales promotions and service procedures
- maintain organization and efficiency in Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas
- control food quality, safety, and cost in the kitchen
