Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous managerial experience in restaurant retail or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to lead teams and manage daily restaurant operations
  • Flexible schedule to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred ideally within a restaurant retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week making sure customers get a fast accurate friendly experience
  • Manage assigned systems like Training Food Safety and Inventory Management
  • Set goals delegate tasks to teams follow up and report results
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience and organize Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas
  • Oversee kitchen operations ensuring quality food fast service food safety and cost control
  • Hire train and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
