Job Requirements
- Completion of high school education or equivalent
- At least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a satisfactory background check
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Open availability including late nights and weekends
- Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing a full bar preferred
- Highly motivated and results driven
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce company policies
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
- Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to create a fun and engaging environment
- Skilled in basic mathematical computations
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
- Commitment to company policies and compliance

Job Duties
- Directly responsible for staffing, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training and ongoing development of department team members
- Responsible for WCT training in the department and maintaining training store certification
- Develops direct reports by creating action and development plans
- Coordinates with other managers on hiring decisions to ensure growth opportunities exist
- Creates weekly department schedules within labor budget
- Implements incentive programs and contests
- Provides regular performance feedback and conducts performance appraisals
- Administers merit increase processes
- Assists General Manager with coaching other managers
- Oversees MIT training
- Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and alcohol service standards
- Manages inventory and ordering of food, beverage and supplies
- Monitors equipment and reports repair needs
- Handles guest comments and ensures guest satisfaction
- Utilizes performance measurement tools to analyze and improve department operations
- Completes all other assigned duties
