Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous managerial experience preferred

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
  • ensure guest service staff deliver excellent experiences and manage front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru operations
  • oversee kitchen quality, food safety, cost control and staff training
  • recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • foster a positive team environment and adhere to company policies
