Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant supervisory or management roles
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Capability to analyze financial reports
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications

- Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties
- Manage staffing, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training and ongoing development of department team members
- Maintain department at training store certification through WCT training
- Develop direct reports by creating action and development plans
- Coordinate with other Department Managers on hiring decisions
- Create weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines
- Create, develop and implement incentive programs and contests for the department
- Provide regular performance feedback including timely performance appraisals
- Administer semi-annual merit increase process
- Assist General Manager with coaching other managers on effective performance management
- Oversee MIT training during training weeks
- Assist General Manager with performance management and development of Bar, Hospitality and Assistant Managers
- Utilize World Wide Wings support teams and subject matter experts when necessary
- Provide coaching and follow up to direct reports to ensure execution of service and guest experience standards
- Communicate effectively through departmental meetings
- Ensure all department team members have current state training and permits
- Attract new guests through innovative techniques
- Manage the restaurant's Guest Comment program handling food quality complaints
- Use Guest Experience Management program for feedback and adjustments
- Facilitate adherence to new food product rollouts
- Ensure team members meet quality, recipe and portioning standards
- Communicate with food and alcohol vendors ensuring timely, quality delivery
- Ensure utilization of all menu specs and department specific systems
- Coach managers and team members on quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Analyze restaurant performance tools and create action plans
- Conduct administrative manager functions including entering invoices and inventory
- Monitor and report equipment repair needs
- Operate department consistent with Board of Health and food safety practices
- Correct BOH and Steritech issues promptly
- Manage bar product and promotion rollouts
- Ensure compliance with alcohol incident logs and bar procedures
- Oversee food cost and labor results within company standards
- Order food, paper products and maintain inventory levels
- Establish projections and understand P&L statements
- Manage bar cost tools and overall beverage costs
- Aggressively manage waste, comps, voids and discounts in bar department
- Develop bar sales incentives
- Assist with Local Restaurant Marketing program
- Implement sales building contests
- Complete all other assigned duties or tasks
