Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 2 years retail management experience or completion of Best Seller Program
  • strong communication skills
  • customer service experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of safe food handling practices preferred
  • ability to lead and train a team
  • physical ability to perform frequent movement, lifting, and occasional stooping and climbing ladders

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years experience in a retail service setting as a manager or graduate of the Best Seller Program
  • previous food handling experience preferred
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • high-energy and friendly personality
  • strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic reading, writing and accounting skills

Job Duties

  • lead and train cafe team members in daily food and drink preparation
  • ensure availability, freshness, and quality of cafe products
  • drive sales and promotions within the cafe
  • enforce safe food handling and loss prevention practices
  • maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of cafe equipment
  • manage inventory, stock, and rotation of perishable items
  • resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
