Job Requirements
- Completion of high school education or equivalent
- minimum two years restaurant or retail management experience
- ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- valid driver's license
- satisfactory background check
- open availability including late nights and weekends
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce policies
- willingness to complete Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years restaurant or hospitality management experience
- experience managing a restaurant with full bar preferred
- passionate and committed with ability to thrive in fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Directly responsible for staffing, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training and ongoing development of Department Team Members
- responsible for WCT training in the department and maintaining department training certification
- develops direct reports by creating action/development plans
- coordinates with other Department Managers on hiring decisions
- creates weekly department schedules balancing team member needs and business needs
- creates, develops and implements incentive programs and contests
- provides regular performance feedback and performance appraisals
- administers semi-annual merit increase process
- assists General Manager with coaching other managers
- oversees MIT training and schedules WCTs
- assists General Manager with performance management and development of Bar, Hospitality and Assistant Managers
- utilizes support teams and subject matter experts
- provides coaching and follow up to ensure service standards
- communicates regularly through departmental meetings
- ensures compliance with state required training and permits
- identifies techniques to attract new guests
- manages Guest Comment program and handles food quality complaints
- utilizes Guest Experience Management program
