Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in a restaurant or related industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team leadership
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
  • Must be able to stand and move for extended periods
  • Comply with all state required training and permits for staff

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards
  • Experience managing food or beverage operations and inventory
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop team members effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of P&L statements and financial management
  • Familiarity with Responsible Alcohol Service (RAS) compliance for Bar Department Managers

Job Duties

  • Manage staffing and team development to maintain department staffing guidelines
  • Conduct training and certification to ensure team members meet company standards
  • Develop and motivate team members through incentive programs and regular performance feedback
  • Maintain food and beverage quality standards by enforcing recipe adherence and inventory control
  • Oversee ordering and vendor relations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues including equipment maintenance and compliance with health regulations
  • Drive sales and profitability by managing food and beverage costs and implementing sales building initiatives
