Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
- ensure guest service team delivers excellent customer experiences
- oversee sales promotions and ensure proper training of service staff
- organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru operations for optimal service
- maintain food quality, safety, and control food cost in kitchen operations
- train kitchen staff and implement new menu item procedures
- recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew
- motivate and recognize team members to support a positive work environment
