Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage department systems including training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
- oversee sales promotions and service procedures training
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- control food quality, safety, and cost in the kitchen department
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
