Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
  • set department goals and delegate tasks
  • follow up on delegated work and report results
  • oversee guest service, kitchen, or people departments as assigned
  • ensure all service staff are trained and follow procedures
  • maintain quality and safety standards in food preparation
  • manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members
