Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
- report results to other managers
- ensure guest service staff deliver excellent customer service and organized service areas
- oversee kitchen staff to maintain food quality, safety, and control food costs
- manage hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of crew
