Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
  • report results to other managers
  • ensure guest service staff deliver excellent customer service and organized service areas
  • oversee kitchen staff to maintain food quality, safety, and control food costs
  • manage hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of crew
