Job Description

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- experience with inventory and food safety management desirable
- basic computer skills
- ability to meet physical demands of the role
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments is an asset

Job Duties
- manage daily shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- lead and delegate tasks in assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
- ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- train and develop staff on service procedures and operational tasks
- oversee inventory and cost control measures
- implement sales promotions effectively
- motivate and recognize team members to maintain high performance
