Job Description

This job posting is for a position at a restaurant that operates under the McDonald's brand but is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald's logos, menu items, and other intellectual property but is managing employment and operational decisions autonomously. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • experience with inventory and food safety management desirable
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to meet physical demands of the role
  • availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments is an asset
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible schedule availability
  • minimum age 18 years

Job Duties

  • manage daily shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • lead and delegate tasks in assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
  • ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • train and develop staff on service procedures and operational tasks
  • oversee inventory and cost control measures
  • implement sales promotions effectively
  • motivate and recognize team members to maintain high performance
