Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
- organize front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru operations
- oversee food quality and safety in kitchen
- control food cost and train kitchen staff
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
- motivate and recognize team members
