Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years old
  • have relevant leadership or managerial experience preferred
  • demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
  • possess flexibility in scheduling
  • show willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • comply with all employment policies set by the franchisee

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • oversee training programs and ensure staff are trained in service or production procedures
  • ensure food safety compliance and control food costs in kitchen
  • organize and maintain front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru service areas
  • manage hiring, scheduling, and motivation of crew members
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
