Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- have relevant leadership or managerial experience preferred
- demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
- possess flexibility in scheduling
- show willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- oversee training programs and ensure staff are trained in service or production procedures
- ensure food safety compliance and control food costs in kitchen
- organize and maintain front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru service areas
- manage hiring, scheduling, and motivation of crew members
- set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
