Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products but acts as a standalone entity responsible for all employment matters. As such, the franchisee handles recruiting, hiring, scheduling, supervision, and employment decisions independently of McDonald's USA.

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to management
- oversee Guest Service ensuring crew and managers deliver great customer experience
- ensure sales promotions are implemented correctly
- train service staff in procedures
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
- oversee Kitchen ensuring quality food delivery, food safety, controlled food costs
- train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items
- manage People department hiring qualified crew
- train and schedule employees to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
