Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous experience leading teams preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
  • Ensure great customer experience through crew and manager oversight
  • Implement sales promotions effectively
  • Organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • Manage kitchen food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
  • Recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew members
  • Report results to other managers
