Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up on delegated tasks and report results to management
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
  • organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • control food quality, safety, and costs
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified staff
  • motivate and recognize crew members
