Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on delegated tasks and report results to management
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- control food quality, safety, and costs
- hire, train, and schedule qualified staff
- motivate and recognize crew members
