  • Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
  • Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to be on call 24 hours and work 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
  • Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Staffing, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training and ongoing development of Department Team Members
  • Maintaining department training certification and WCT training
  • Creating action and development plans for direct reports
  • Coordinating with other managers on hiring to facilitate team member growth
  • Creating weekly schedules within labor budgets
  • Developing and implementing incentive programs and contests
  • Providing regular performance feedback and administering merit increase process
  • Coaching managers on performance management
  • Overseeing MIT training
  • Providing service standards coaching and guest experience follow-up
  • Holding departmental meetings to communicate successes and improvements
  • Ensuring all team members have required training and permits
  • Attracting new guests and managing guest comment programs
  • Handling food quality complaints and coaching on guest complaint resolutions
  • Facilitating adherence to new food and bar product rollouts
  • Ensuring teams meet food quality, recipe, and portioning standards
  • Communicating with food and alcohol vendors
  • Monitoring menu specs and department systems adherence
  • Analyzing restaurant performance metrics and acting on problem areas
  • Conducting administrative functions like inventory and invoice processing
  • Monitoring and reporting equipment repair needs
  • Operating in compliance with Board of Health and food safety standards
  • Managing food and bar costs, inventory, and labor results
  • Aggressively controlling waste, comps, voids, and discounts
  • Assisting with Local Restaurant Marketing program execution
  • Creating sales incentive contests
  • Completing all assigned duties
