Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • monitor and follow up on task completion
  • report results to teams and other managers
  • oversee Guest Service department ensuring great customer experience and organized front counter areas
  • ensure Kitchen department delivers high-quality, safe, and timely food and controls food costs
  • manage People department including hiring, training, and scheduling qualified crew
  • motivate and recognize employees
  • support sales promotions and training in service and production procedures
