Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks to teams
- monitor and follow up on task completion
- report results to teams and other managers
- oversee Guest Service department ensuring great customer experience and organized front counter areas
- ensure Kitchen department delivers high-quality, safe, and timely food and controls food costs
- manage People department including hiring, training, and scheduling qualified crew
- motivate and recognize employees
- support sales promotions and training in service and production procedures
