Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as Training Food Safety Inventory Management
  • set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
  • manage sales promotions organize front counter mccafe and drive-thru areas
  • ensure great quality food safety and food cost control in kitchen
  • train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items
  • hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • recognize and motivate crew throughout their employment
