Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as Training Food Safety Inventory Management
- set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
- manage sales promotions organize front counter mccafe and drive-thru areas
- ensure great quality food safety and food cost control in kitchen
- train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items
- hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- recognize and motivate crew throughout their employment
