Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to lead shifts and manage teams effectively
  • experience in customer service and employee supervision preferred

  • legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to the team and other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions and ensure proper service procedures
  • organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • maintain food quality, safety, and control food costs
  • train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items
  • hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize team members throughout their employment
