Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast accurate and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks and follow up with team members
  • ensure sales promotions are executed and service procedures are followed in guest service areas
  • oversee food quality safety and cost control in the kitchen department
  • recruit hire train and schedule crew members to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize team members to maintain high morale
