Job Qualifications
- Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce policies
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory background check
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
Job Duties
- Staffing, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training and ongoing development of department team members
- Manage WCT training and maintain department training certification
- Develop and implement incentive programs and contests for department
- Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance appraisals
- Coordinate with other managers on hiring decisions
- Create and manage weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines
- Ensure adherence to food and beverage quality and safety standards
- Manage vendors and inventory to maintain proper stock levels
- Analyze restaurant performance metrics and create action plans
- Oversee administrative functions such as inventory and invoice entry
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards
- Handle guest comment program and food quality complaint resolution
- Communicate effectively with team members through regular meetings
- Assist General Manager with coaching and development of other managers
- Implement sales building incentive contests and marketing programs.
