Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
- ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experiences
- oversee execution of sales promotions
- train service staff on service procedures
- organize front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- ensure food quality, safety, and cost control
- train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items
- manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew
- motivate and recognize team members
- support restaurant sales and profit goals
