Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
  • ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experiences
  • oversee execution of sales promotions
  • train service staff on service procedures
  • organize front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • ensure food quality, safety, and cost control
  • train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items
  • manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew
  • motivate and recognize team members
  • support restaurant sales and profit goals
