Job Duties

- Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance standards
- Supervise kitchen operations ensuring food quality and safety
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver exceptional guest service by organizing key service areas
- Partner with team members to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
