Job Duties

  • Lead employee training including food safety and inventory management
  • Delegate tasks effectively and report results
  • Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations ensuring food quality and safety
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by organizing key service areas
  • Partner with team members to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
