Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks
  • supervise and train staff in service and production procedures
  • ensure food quality, safety, and cost control
  • organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru operations for optimal customer experience
  • manage hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of crew members
