Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- monitor and report results to team and other managers
- ensure delivery of great customer experience and sales promotion execution
- oversee staff training in service and production procedures
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
