This job position is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate and independent entity from McDonald's USA, responsible for its own employment decisions such as hiring, firing, staffing, supervision, discipline, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older to be a manager

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to management
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
  • oversee sales promotion implementation
  • train service staff on procedures
  • organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
  • train kitchen staff on food production and new menu items
  • manage hiring, training, and scheduling of qualified crew
  • motivate and recognize crew members
  • support staffing to meet sales and profit goals
