Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, and inventory
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to management
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
- oversee sales promotion implementation
- train service staff on procedures
- organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
- train kitchen staff on food production and new menu items
- manage hiring, training, and scheduling of qualified crew
- motivate and recognize crew members
- support staffing to meet sales and profit goals
