This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald’s locations, this franchisee operates as a completely separate entity from McDonald’s USA, with full control over all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline. If hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. This means that McDonald’s USA does not participate in the hiring process, nor will they have any involvement in employment or application decisions.

Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru service areas
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
