Unlike corporate-owned McDonald’s locations, this franchisee operates as a completely separate entity from McDonald’s USA, with full control over all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline. Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
- Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru service areas
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
