This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant that operates as an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, which does not directly manage employment at this location, the franchisee is an independent business entity responsible for all employment decisions. This means that if you are hired, your employer will be the franchisee rather than McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and inventory management systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals for the team and delegate tasks
  • Follow up and report results to other managers
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
  • Oversee sales promotions execution
  • Organize service areas like McCafe and Drive-Thru
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Train kitchen staff on production procedures including new menu items
  • Hire qualified crew, train them effectively, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew throughout their time working
  • Foster a positive team environment
  • Maintain high operational standards
