Unlike McDonald's USA, which does not directly manage employment at this location, the franchisee is an independent business entity responsible for all employment decisions. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership skills

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals for the team and delegate tasks
- Follow up and report results to other managers
- Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
- Oversee sales promotions execution
- Organize service areas like McCafe and Drive-Thru
- Ensure food quality, safety, and cost control
- Train kitchen staff on production procedures including new menu items
- Hire qualified crew, train them effectively, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize crew throughout their time working
- Foster a positive team environment
- Maintain high operational standards
